Perfect family holiday 

We searched through a lot of Trullo online looking for the perfect one to spend 10 nights in - a lot are quite run down / damp or in a poor location. Bello Nido is perfect in every way. The quality of the renovation is superb. The kitchen. / living space is small, but supplemented by a covered and comfortable outdoor area directly outside - we ate outside of course for any meals! The kitchen is very well equipped and the extras made a big differnece to us - olive oil / vinegar / dishwasher tabs and washing machine tablets all there. Candles and mosquito spray too. The bedrooms are wonderful - always kept cool with the fans and thick trullo walls. The bathroom in the master bedroom is amazing with a wet room shower built in the cone - really special. We had hours of fun playing on the Bocce court and pool is lovely - deep enough for all to enjoy but our youngest (7) could stand too (1.2m deep I recall). The tranquility for us was ideal - set away from a quiet road and surrounded by olive groves. We are runners and enjoyed all the options to train - including bike path about 1km away which took you to the nearest town. Location does mean you need a car - which allowed us to take trips to all the villages and towns - the key one are all around 30mins drive as is the beach - we loved the coast road near Torre Canne where you can just pull up and enjoy the Adriatic. Amazing local markets and food gave us balance between eating in - pizza oven was great - and eating out - cheap and excellent each time. Local wine is delicious (we went to I Pastini to stock up on route to the trullo as its very well reviewed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday - we flew from a few days in Rome so we were ready for lots of R&R which we had as well as feeling we experienced "real" Italy. We hope to go back and carry on exploring as 10 days was not enough!

Wonderful Place to Spend Some Time.

We spent a week in Trullo Bello Nido and had a fabulous time. Everything that you may need is provided and Hayley (house manager) was on hand whenever we needed any help. It is in a lovely quiet location but there are plenty of places worth visiting within a short drive away, we would like to return some day. The standard of the accommodation is very high with lots of character and the stone walls kept us cool with a little help from the fans, the owners have thought of everything you may need, tea, coffee, and even tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. Highly recommended.

Family holiday

We went there with our 2 kids and had a lovely stay. It's a charming Trullo perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. House manager was very kind and always available. We would definitely reccomend it, everything is as described or better. Near to both coasts and some nice small towns as well as other activities (zoo, dinosaur park, Grotte, ecc).

Zeer prettig verblijf

De villa is exact zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Prima locatie met veel leuke plaatsjes dichtbij. Wij hebben genoten met 2 volwassenen en een baby. Alles was perfect verzorgd.

Amazing, it is better than the photos

This is the second time I have been to this beautiful Trullo, and it was as wonderful as our first visit, Im not sure I could tire of seeing the area's ice cream cone settlements which are so lovely. Its perfectly situated to feel secluded and private but close enough to restock the wine rack and visit one of many amazing beaches or wonder around the stunning architecture of any of the nearby towns. Just what we needed.

Superb family holiday

We stayed in the Trullo for two weeks in June with our two young children and had a fantastic time. The Trullo was perfect for us and the location absolutely beautiful - very rural and relaxing but at the same time not far at all from the local towns / supermarkets. The kids loved the pool and we loved the weather, BBQ and outside eating every evening. We also found some great beaches (on both coasts). Punta Prosciutto in particular was well worth the slightly longer drive. The Trullo was very well kitted out and also nice and cool for sleeping despite the hot weather outside. It was our first time in Puglia and we will definitely be returning!

A beautiful mix of old meets new.

This wonderfully stylish 500 year old building provided us with a lovely base if we were out and about or staying around the pool. A great location for exploring with our hire car. The property is stunning both inside and out and the owners have thought of everything you might need. Highly recommend.
